Self Perform
Self performing is at LCI’s roots. Jim Campbell would bid projects and also be in the field with a tool belt on. LCI is able to self perform numerous trades: Concrete, Masonry, Demolition, Carpentry, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, and earth work. Our ability to self-perform gives us control over cost, schedule, quality and safety. Many of our competitors subcontract work that we can perform in house. Because of this we can accurately manage projects to be more efficient. By self performing we are able to complete projects at a faster rate and it gives us direct control over quality and craftsmanship.
Design & Build
Our dedicated team works with some of the top architecture firms in the area. You, LCI, and the architect work together to accomplish your vision. LCI’s Design-Build process simplifies the building process for all parties involved.
Pre Construction
Our Preconstruction Services have proven to be valuable in preserving the Owner’s project scope, budget, and schedule. In this phase we work directly with our client to identify budgets, support in permitting, scheduling, and alleviating any issues long before the work begins in the field. By taking ownership of this phase the transition from pre-construction to construction is seamless.
General Contracting
Lite Construction has become a name in the Fox Velley area because of our continuing effort in this service. We will be responsible for the entire job from start to finish. This includes day to day oversight, coordinating contractors, and keeping communication between the owner and the involved parties open and clear throughout the course of the project. Being able to self perform allows us to have complete control over a project. Having settled in the Fox Valley area for over forty years we greatly value using local subcontractors to complete your project.
Construction Management
Lite Construction has proven its ability to be a successful self-performing general contractor. Because of this LCI has an advantage when we act as a construction manager.
